「生命只是一連串孤立的片刻，靠著回憶和幻想，許多意義浮現了，然後消失，消失之後又浮現，如一連串在海中跳躍的浪花。」
「當一個人不能擁有的時候，他唯一能做的便是不要忘記。」
普魯斯特(Marcel Proust)於二十世紀著寫《追憶似水年華》，在意識流中與遺忘抗爭。一百年過後，從當今目光和語境開展旅程，在光影環迴反射的鏡面迷宮中，實現一次舞台科技藝術與文學的探索，找尋逝去年華記憶中的真實與虛幻。取材自書中第一章，由胡恩威導演及構思，聯同編劇廖端麗合作創作的全新劇場作品。
從原著中以客觀和主觀兩種極端之對立手法，挑選、重組、發展為多段包括京劇、話劇、多媒體空間等不同表演形式的劇場作品。記憶與時間相互交織，又相互引發，凝聚物我合一，實現一場舞臺科技藝術與文學的探索；重疊聲音、光影，為精神反映和歪曲的世界，回顧一場與遺忘的抗爭。以多媒體舞臺、中國傳統戲曲藝術創新演繹西方文學經典。
特別介紹
魏海敏
台灣著名京劇女演員，現任國立國光劇團主演之一，畢生致力於京劇藝術的傳承推廣與創新。幼年進海光劇藝實驗學校學習京劇表演藝術，工旦行。跟梅蘭芳的女弟子秦慧芬學京劇梅派表演藝術，1991年拜師梅蘭芳的兒子梅葆玖，2008年挑戰梅、程、荀、張四大名旦演出方式向大師致敬。
孫陽
爸爸是香港人，媽媽是臺灣人。香港出生，後來受臺灣的舅舅建議後決定到臺灣求學，入讀中國文化大學戲劇系後從此展開人生如戲的人生。剛結束《深夜食堂華語版》的拍攝。

"When a person cannot possess, all he could do is not to forget.” Marcel Proust wrote In Search of Lost Time in the 20th century, in his struggle against oblivion in the stream of consciousness. A hundred years later, a journey begins from the present perspective and context; the audience is put inside a mirror maze with endless reflections of light and shadow, while they listen to the performers' interpretations in different languages and tones. The sound designer uses mixing and sound installation to create an exploration of stage arts and technologies, as well as literature, in search of reality and illusion in the remembrance of things past.
