About the programme

In Microwave 2020, the curatorial direction will be focused on how media technologies and creations enhanced “investigation” of “new truth” in this post-truth era. Collaborating with Taiwan Arts Festival, media artist Tao Ya-lun is invited to present his VR installations “Technological Totalitarianism” and “Ubiquitous Ghosts No.5” in the main exhibition; his work brims with dialectical logic and philosophical reflection that are intended to provoke viewers’ thoughts.

For Project Room Exhibition, four creatives (Taiwan: Joe Fang , Wu Chung-lun; Hong Kong: Joel Kwong and Edward Chiu) will join force together producing a Transmedia Storytelling Project entitled “About Life & Death”-audience could experience an immersive online to offline journey through this installation.
